MOVED Managing Multiple Accounts in a Browser
Often times you need to manage multiple accounts or identities. You have your main Gravity Global account and may also have others as part of transitions or client needs. There are a few different ways to manage these to make it easy to work and know what account you are using.
1. Use different Profiles in Microsoft Edge.
Microsoft Edge is a web browser based on the same code as Google Chrome, all the same extensions work on it too. So if you you like Google Chrome, it is the same thing, but has easy support for managing multiple Microsoft accounts and syncs the data across devices.
This will allow you to have a different window per account, so you can easily tell which account you are using and be able to jump back and forth easily.
A. Open Edge
B. If you have already been using Edge, select the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Add Profile". Enter in your Gravity info and continue.
C. If you have never setup Edge before, drop the menu down to add a new account and follow the steps to enter in your Gravity Global info.
Once your profile is added, you can use the profile button at the top right to switch between the different profile windows.
Follow steps provided here to add profiles to Microsoft Edge.
Sign in and create multiple profiles in Microsoft Edge
Chrome has similar profiles, but doesn't allow you to sync data to your Microsoft account so we recommend Edge for this.
2. Use a different browser for each account.
Like it sounds, sign into each account into a different browser, like Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox. Keep all the work that is needed for that account in the browser you have designated it for.
