Adding Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to Google Account.

1. Login to your Google Account ands select the Apps button at the top and select Account or go straight to the Security page.

2. Under the Security section, select 2-Step Verification

3. Follow the steps to setup your mobile for 2-Step Verification by entering your mobile number and entering the code you are texted.

4. Once you've registered your mobile, its highly recommend to setup your code via the Microsoft Authenticator app you are already using for your Gravity Global account. This will allow you access without needing phone service, like on a an airplane.

Select Authenticator App from the 2-Step Verification screen.

5. Follow the steps to setup Authenticator app.

6. Open up Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone and select. + to add an account. Select Other (google, Facebook, etc.) and then scan the QR code that is provided on your screen.

7. Confirm the 6 digit code the app gives you.

Completed and you can verify that both methods are setup and that Authenticator App is the default.
