If you need help, you can email ITsupport@gravityglobal.com from any email address (including personal emails).
For new employees
You don't need to do anything. On your first day, IT will walk through computer setup.
Please don't turn the machine on until then, as you won't be able to get in. (If you already turned it on, just close the lid and pretend you didn't. It'll be fine.)
For current employees getting a replacement computer

Don't forget to return your old computer unless other arrangements were made. The tickets stay open and keep sending IT reminders until we get it back. They are annoying, so we will bug you.
Returning old computers
- There is a return label in the box you received
- Please remove old labels from the box and add the return label
- Put your computer and charger in the box
- Drop off at a shipping location. Check the shipper name on the label -- usually UPS or FedEx
